DescriptionActively be involved in the client communication process: handle and follow-through via customer communication channelsManaging the internal CRM systems and tasks to guarantee client requests are entirely handled
Setting up meetings and training events for the sales team, as well as documenting meeting minutes, tasks and results.
Coordinating with internal teams to confirm timely resolution of technical issuesAdvocate for and monitor the customer health of existing clients
Working with clients in recognizing issues, prospects, and developments
Identifying and suggesting improvements to the current service delivery processes
Taking responsibility on accounts for sales and service events, goals and KPIs.
Providing assistance to senior management in regards to sales and service-related activities.
