Job Description
• Ensure required training is provided to staff based on the development plan recommendations.
• Supports in bonus preparation, calculation and communication. Training and Development.
• Work with Head of HR to source external training programs and monitor annual program budgets, track program costs.
• Coordinate employee participation in local and Global programs and obtain feedback. Onboarding and Exit.
• Organise and run induction sessions for all hires.
