Applications Development Manager

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the function to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and standards.
• Ensure the effective communication between all parties, so as to understand their long- and short-term objectives, identify their needs and propose changes and enhancements in the services systems and software applications to enhance their operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• To be aware of the local and international trends and best practices and proposes relevant improvements for increasing the efficiency and speed of operations.
• Identify technology solutions, e.g. channels, platforms, applications, etc., to improve technical innovation and increase process automation.
• Ensures the design and development of all applications required for the efficient operation of the customers, including data extraction, web applications, online reports development, web site infrastructure etc.,
