• Ensure product rotation (FIFO system in place) and maintain stock level through accurate ordering system
• Control food cost and usage by following proper usage of products, product storage procedures, standard recipes and waste control procedures
• Train new and existing team members to achieve proficiency in knowledge and technical skills
• Manages shifts which includes daily decision making & staff support scheduling
Requirements
• Male, 38 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Must have experience in Arabic & Oriental Cuisine
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
