Job Description

- Complex diary management taking into consideration competing priorities and numerous time zones
- Frequent and complex business and personal travel booking. This includes hotel and transport research, detailed itinerary planning with the executive (international, multi-centre, multiple travellers, private and commercial transport)
- Expense report management
- International event production and attendance if required
- Research and business writing capability
- Personal support. This includes, besides personal travel, managing matters such as dinner reservations, sourcing gifts, insurance claims and renewal (home, vehicle, health)
- Complex immigration and citizenship matters
- Personal asset management. Manage maintenance and sale of vehicles
- Personal estate management. Provide administrative support for trusts, wills and tax matters
- Advanced MS office skills required. Document production and support
