We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our mission.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and organized operations at IIQAF. This individual should have excellent communication and organizational skills be detailoriented and can work well in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for Islamic economics and finance and be eager to learn and grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team including scheduling appointments coordinating meetings and managing calendars
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails on time
Maintain and update records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in preparing and editing reports presentations and other documents
Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members as needed
Prepare and process expense reports and invoices
Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies when needed
Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Knowledge and interest in Islamic economics and finance is a plus
