• Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing accounts. Enhance revenue from these accounts by ensuring optimum utilization and effectively highlighting the value delivered.
• Client Engagement – Develop an innovative strategy to actively engage with customers for our recruitment solutions, which includes Resume Database Access and Job Postings. Collaborating with Key stakeholders to identify opportunities for deeper engagements and growth.
• Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling.
• Closure and Collection: Responsible for the complete sales cycle management starting with prospecting, negotiating and finally commercial closure with required documentation.
• Be a customer advocate – Work in partnership with Customers and Internal Teams at Naukrigulf to ensure Customer Feedbacks are addressed and the same serves as an input for the product roadmap.
• Process Adherence: Ensure business is conducted in compliance with the organization guidelines and processes.
• Build organization assets – Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.
