Senior Operations Supervisor

? Post documents via DHL to clients or shipping agents and put information on the C110 and the Warehouse Bond Schedules
? Update the Customs Tariff every month as well as monitor the RTA and customs regulations, record new changes and inform all relative parties
? Ensure that all aspects of company shipping & customs-related documentation are generated correctly
? Advice and guide the Operations Assistants and Transport Vehicle Drivers
? Follow shipping methods for materials using the operations procedures; Resolve emergent issues for expedited deliveries to the customer
? Coordinate import/export of goods by scheduling containers to meet shipping demands

Requirements

? Open to Filipino, Indian and Nepali nationals
? 40 years old and below
? Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same role
? Good knowledge about Dubai Custom System and regulations
? Immediate joiners will be prioritize
