F&B DIRECTOR

Job Description:
? Act as the head of daily operations to manage a team of staff (preopening) to ensure success on execution of operation
? Work hand in hand with upper management in monitoring sales, staff performance, recruitment process, expense control, profit & loss, manpower status, menu selection and expansion
? Coordinate with team on inventory and reports for monthly restaurant activities
? Formulate strategy applicable based on location of restaurant, the peak hours for customers, current market events and upcoming seasons to the industry globally
? Approve and amend marketing promotions, social media contents and reports for analysis of P&L
? Collaborate with potential and existing customers to promote positive client relationship

Requirements

Qualifications:
? Open to European nationality
? 45 years old and below
? At least 5 years of UAE experience on the same role
? Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
