As a Reservationistyou will be working in our flagship hotel in the back of the house. Passionate about customer service responsible for providing a quality end to end service for the hotel, often working with repeat customers and building rapport with them through their bookings.

Possess guest service skills and excellent communication skill. Detailed & Customer service orientated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, CRS systems is an added advantage. Advanced English language. Experience You will be likely to have minimum of one year experience in Reservation department of a branded hotel. High School Diploma preferred.
