Be an expert on the functionality and value proposition of the TikTok Creator Marketplace and act as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies across a variety of verticals and segments.
Partner and support the sales team with research and pitching. Advise clients on creator marketing campaign workflows, educate clients on the benefits of the TikTok Creator Marketplace platform, develop training programs, and lead product demos for prospective clients and agencies in presale.
Responsible for key account expansion by onboarding clients onto the platform, ensuring they are fully enabled to activate creator marketing campaigns in a self-serve fashion.
Conduct internal and client-facing workshops, advise on best practices and drive the adoption of new products and features.
