This a 360 HR Manager role reporting into the Partners and working closely with stakeholders and ideally our client is looking for someone who can lead on all operational HR activities whilst also being involved in the wider leadership aspects of the business.
This individual will provide assistance and development of key strategic HR projects and process improvements in areas such as performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, staff well-being and culture initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 6-8 years’ experience working in HR. You should have excellent English language skills both written and verbal
. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law would be extremely beneficial as well as an HR qualification.
