Role > Senior Expert in Waste Management and Recycling

Main Responsibilities > The profile took expertise in the paste in many activities regarding Waste Management Industry some (but not exclusively) of the activities will be as follows: Collecting and processing recyclable materials (like paper plastics metals and glass) and selling them to manufacturers or other recyclers; Charging fees for waste collection services often tiered based on the size of the service or frequency of pickup; Converting waste into energy through incineration or anaerobic digestion and selling the generated electricity or heat to the grid or local industries; Offering paid educational programs on recycling and waste reduction which can foster community engagement and generate income; Implementing a system where customers pay based on the amount of waste they generate encouraging recycling and reducing overall waste; Partnering with municipalities for public waste management services often funded through taxes or grants; Turning waste materials into new products (e.g. furniture art) and selling them at markets or online; implementing smart waste management solutions (like sensorequipped bins) that can optimize collection routes and improve recycling rates

Qualifications > strong experience in Waste Management/Recycling Industry; Education in Business Administration; Previous experience of working in UAE is a plus

Workload/Location > Full time role United Arab Emirates

Engagement > 6 months extendable
