Prepare Initial Reports after dismantling the motors, transformers & compressors
To check the findings which observed during dismantling stage before submitting initial report to tendering department.
Take Mechanical/ Electrical Measurements of Rotating parts.
Inspect lathe shop activities as per drawing and prepare quality inspection report.
NDT inspection such as UT, MPI & LPT should be carried out and prepare NDT inspection report.
Prepare Final Reports after assembling the motors, transformers & compressors.
Witness run test after assembly and prepare a report
Check the condition of the work on its final approach.
Prepare final pre-release inspection report after assembling.
Raising NCR against the system failure.
Check the measurements of Explosive Motor (EX - MOTORS)
Working knowledge and practical operational experience of operating within the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements
Ensuring QESH guidelines, company policies, and safe operating procedures are followed
Ensuring that all Division work activities are completed to the required quality standards.
Ensuring that work tasks are risk assessed and completed as safely as reasonably practicable.
Skills
Bachelor’s in Engineering - Electrical / Mechanical
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
knowledge of AC and DC motors, motors used in the drilling industry, Ex motors, mechanical and magnetic brakes, rotors and armatures, exciters, bearings, sleeves, shafts, seals, transformers, and other equipment.
Knowledge of using measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometer, etc.
Strong analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Competent computer user, and able to effectively use MS Office, ERP
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
