Project Director - Data Centre

Responsibilities: • Accountable for delivery of large scale and complex projects • Responsible for project definition and delivery • Lead a large team, setting objectives, managing performance and ensuring that staff have the necessary skills to deliver the project objectives • Responsible for establishing project delivery plans and appropriate control and governance mechanisms to assure effective delivery of the project • Manage multiple consultants and contractors • Work within established financial systems to independently produce plans and schedules and track and manage budgets, highlighting variances in order to manage and control project delivery targets • Use own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to implement and manage project processes and policies. Provide insightful recommendations that may support any improvement to processes and systems
