• Guarantee constant contribution in order to achieve the Store profitability and performance targets (P Plus, UPT, Average Ticket, Convertion rate, hourly productivity)
• Guarantee, in the absence of the Store Manager, the constant supervision of the management and transfer of receipts in the respect of procedures
• Guarantee the execution of the activities required for proper stock management, when the Store Manager is absent or on his/her request
• Guarantee compliance with the Store Manager’s indications for the animation of the Team, during the Store
• Manager’s absence
• Guarantee the quality of the supervision of implementation and respect of procedures, during the Store
• Manager’s absence
• Guarantee quality standards in terms of image (layout, merchandising and proper keeping of the Store)
• Guarantee the respect of company quality standards of Customer Care
• Adopt and disseminate the company values
Job Requirements
• Give the example as the first salesperson of the Store
• Working side by side with the Store Manager during the implementation of commercial activities
