Job Description

  • To assist with the smooth and efficient running of the HR Department, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures as well as immigration laws are strictly adhered to.
  • To type, take minutes, draft letters, handle telephone calls, file and trace correspondences related to PR Section.
  • To be responsible of the coordination or preparation of needed reports for an efficient follow up of employment visas issuance, medical tests and stamping of residencies and follow up of their expiry as well as passports.
  • To be responsible for the security and upkeep of employee passports issue and return.
  • To assist with the implementation and upkeep of employee communications.
  • To prepare needed documents and correspondences to apply for employment visas, cancellation of visas, stamping of residencies or any other related purposes.
  • To prepare required documents for CID application and processing
  • To assist in translation jobs when needed.
  • To assist PRO in the preparation of necessary documents for petty cash request
  • To prepare all documents required for employment before passing on to the PR Officer or PR Manager.
  • To make an appointment of Emirates ID for new employee, coordinate with department head and arrange transportation.
  • To coordinate and follow-up with the PR Officer or PR Manager on all pending issues related to employee labor cards, Emirates ID, employment visas, residence visas, health cards, Arabic contracts, attestations, entertainer permits & visas, and any other issues related to PRO.
  • To counsel all employees related immigration issues.
  • To advise the areas issues in relation to the Immigration processing law changes, nationality processing and CID issues which may change from time to time.
  • To obtain written documentation of changes where possible.
