• Responsible for supporting the Industry Sector Heads to identify and get lease commitments from customers
• Generate and process new sales leads as necessary
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Takes sales information and put it into presentations and other easily readable formats
• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the company's products and services
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the commercial team
• Arranges appointments with clients and commercial team
• Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Updates all contact information for customers
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Support the industry/vertical heads with the development of new products and services
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant for this role, you must have the below experience:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales environment (preferably in exhibitions, commercial leasing, commercial real estate or similar corporate services etc.)
• Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter
• College degree in marketing, communications and/or commercial areas
• Ability to forge relationships with potential customers
• Excellent administrative, project and deadline management skills
• Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
