Job Description

Intern
• As a operation Trainee you should be flexible to support the operation team across most of the operations of the department. During your internship you might be asked to work in two different F&B Service and Front Office.

What is in it for you:
• 6 working days on a shift rota basis of 48 hours per week excluding break. (i,e. 8 hours per day)

What you will be doing:

F&B Service-
• Helping and supporting the F&B Service department to an all-round high-standard service of food and beverage.
• Participating to the different daily services of the Operation.
• Helping with the room-service or the coffee shop outlet.
• Assisting in the daily work flow in Meeting or events.
• Setting up meeting rooms and tables (including crockery, cutlery and glasses) for appropriate events.

Front office-
• Learn the procedures of checking in and out of groups and individual guests.
• Procedures of reservations, credit policies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a friendly, efficient and professional way.
• Participate in administrative routines.
• Guest Relations.
