Job Description
- HandymanAs a Handyman, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas and ensuring that all equipments are well-maintained and in good condition at all times.What is in it for you:• Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide• Learning programs through our Academies• Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!• Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21• What you will be doing:• Inspects the hotel regularly and performs preventive maintenance works on all surfaces and equipment, and takes prompt action to rectify defects.• Takes prompt action relating to all maintenance orders concerning all areas of the hotel.• Ensures that all wooden surfaces and fixtures are well maintained and in good condition.•
- Ensures that all plumbing and sanitary fixtures in the hotel premises are well-maintained at all times.• Ensures a safe working environment for all technical staff.• Your experience and skills include:• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities• Highly responsible & reliable• Your team and working environment:• The pre-opening project consists of 3 famous Accor brands - Adagio, Novotel and M venpick hotels which will have a total of 885 rooms, all located in Jumeirah Village Triangle by Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) opposite City Centre Meisim.Our commitment to
