You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in managing daily affairs scheduling and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the CEO ensuring seamless coordination of activities effective time management and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO s diary appointments and daily schedule efficiently.
Plan coordinate and schedule meetings business trips and events.
Act as a gatekeeper screening calls emails and requests prioritizing critical matters.
Handle and organize emails correspondence and documentation.
Ensure the CEO is wellprepared for meetings with relevant materials and briefings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Perform administrative and office management tasks as required.
Anticipate the CEO s needs and provide proactive solutions.
Assist in personal and professional tasks as needed.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leadership. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
