Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Technology company in Dubai. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. This role focuses on driving B2B marketing strategies and handling the complete lifecycle of event management from planning through and followup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AccountBased Marketing (ABM):

Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage highvalue target accounts.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts and tailor marketing campaigns.
Design personalized marketing messages to nurture and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Track analyze and adjust ABM campaign results to optimize performance and ROI.

2. Event Management:

Take the lead in organizing and managing industry events conferences trade shows and webinars.
Handle all logistics vendor coordination and onsite to ensure smooth and effective events.
Design eventspecific marketing strategies and materials to boost attendance and maximize engagement.
Evaluate postevent outcomes and gather insights for future improvements.

3. Customer Engagement & Retention:

Develop campaigns aimed at customer education product adoption and customer retention including webinars and training programs.

4. Market Research & Competitive Insights:

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends customer needs and competitor activities.
Use these insights to refine marketing strategies and spot new opportunities.
Analyze feedback from customers and competitors to make datadriven strategic decisions.

5. Brand Strategy:

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts ensuring the company s visual and messaging align with its core values.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are in line with the companys longterm brand strategy.


Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline.
68 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on event management.
Strong understanding and experience with AccountBased Marketing (ABM).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A creative detailoriented mindset with a problemsolving approach.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for meetings industry events and conferences.

- Possess over three years of experience within the thermal industry, with a strong specialization in a particular vertical, whether in sales, business development management, or account management. - Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in establishing new partnerships and fostering enduring partner relationships. - Exhibit self-motivation and a drive to fuel revenue growth, coupled with a readiness to embrace challenges. - Showcase exceptional presentation skills for effective communication with clients and partners. - Be flexible and prepared for frequent travel, typically ranging from 30 to 50 of the time. - Display the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to realize business objectives. - Hold substantial connections within the public sector, and preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in overseeing large-scale thermal projects.
