Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will manage housekeeping staff ensure high cleanliness standards and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance.
- Monitor work performance and ensure quality control.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Cleaning & Maintenance Oversight
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms public areas and restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene sanitation and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance for necessary repairs.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
Guest & Customer Service
- Address guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely and efficient room cleaning.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules inventory and reports.
- Assist in budget planning for housekeeping expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 23 years in housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality management degree is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety regulations.
Language: Proficiency in Specify Language(s) preferred.
