Job Description
We are looking for a customerfocused and energetic Sales Associate to assist customers drive sales and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a passion for sales and the ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions returns and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Assist in stock management replenishment and inventory control.
- Promote special offers discounts and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements
Benefits
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree is a plus). 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales techniques. A friendly, approachable, and persuasive personality. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
