Job Description
We are seeking a professional and detailoriented Light Vehicle Driver to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. In this customerfocused role you will be responsible for safely operating light vehicles while ensuring efficient and timely transportation services.
- Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Conduct thorough pretrip and posttrip vehicle inspections to maintain vehicle safety and performance
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods or passengers to designated locations
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours mileage and any incidents or delays
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and passengers
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize routes and schedules
- Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle operations
- Navigate efficiently through Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas using GPS and local knowledge
- Adapt to changing schedules and route requirements with flexibility
Qualifications :
- Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a light vehicle driver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations in the UAE
