Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CC&B Functional Consultant to join our digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in merging two Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. Experience with Data Migration is key. This is a 12month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business requirements related to the CC&B systems merger.
- Design and configure CC&B solutions to meet business needs and project objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations and customer service to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expertise in CC&B functionalities processes and best practices.
- Conduct system testing validation and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity and performance of the merged systems.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for endusers.
- Communicate project status progress and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CC&B Functional Consultant in digital transformation projects preferably within the utilities or telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems and their integration.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and documentation skills.
- Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in the Middle East particularly in Abu Dhabi.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the region.
- Strong project management skills including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
