Job Description
As a Lobby Hostess you will serve the needs of the business by ensuring that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable Anantara experience. Your role is to create a seamless and memorable arrival departure and stay experience by offering personalized service and assisting with guest needs in a professional yet heartfelt manner in accordance with Anantara brand standards.
Qualifications :
- A strong focus on customer service
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
- Be able to work shifts weekends and public holidays
- Computer skills in Ms Office
