Job Posting: Operations Manager (Healthcare Homecare)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Position: Fulltime
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare particularly in homecare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations of our homecare services in Abu Dhabi
- Ensure the delivery of highquality care to clients in their homes
- Manage and coordinate staff including caregivers nurses and administrative personnel
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and service excellence
- Handle client and staff concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare operations management especially in homecare services
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in homecare
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
- Arabic language proficiency is required
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
