Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules progress reports and delay analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare resource planning cost loading and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements project timelines and budget constraints.
- Perform risk analysis and propose corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with commercial and site teams for effective coordination and reporting.
- Maintain uptodate project documentation and reports.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 810 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the GCC preferably in the UAE.
- Strong background in contracting companies; must have worked with reputable construction firms in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and other planning tools.
- Excellent knowledge of project scheduling delay analysis and cost control.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead planning activities.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
