Job Description
Job Title: Medical Insurance Administrator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented Medical Insurance Administrator with 3 years of experience in handling medical insurance processes including employee additions deletions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will coordinate with employees insurance brokers providers and the finance team to ensure seamless insurance processing. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee additions and deletions from medical insurance policies.
- Handle insurancerelated administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with employees insurance brokers insurance providers and finance for policy updates and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update insurance records accurately.
- Assist employees with insurancerelated queries and concerns.
- Prepare and analyze insurancerelated reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
