Job Description
Al Reem Group seeks a fulltime Occupational Therapist to assess patients develop treatment plans and enhance their ability to perform daily tasks. This role requires analytical skills a patientcentered approach and teamwork with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients physical psychological and environmental needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Assist patients with therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
- Educate patients and families on care and exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Document progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide emotional support and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- DOH eligibility or active Occupational Therapy license (mandatory).
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital/rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
