We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Activities, Ad Tech, and Whitelabel products at Almosafer. This role is critical in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring travelers have access to enriching experiences while optimizing revenue opportunities through ad technology and whitelabel solutions.
As a key member of the consumer travel product team, you will drive the strategy, execution, and growth of these product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Activities, Ad Tech, and Whitelabel products, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- End-to-end product ownership, from ideation to impact. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data and business teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
- Lead product discovery and research to identify opportunities and validate solutions through quantitative and qualitative approaches
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
Profile Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management in consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, experimentation and customer insights.
- Deep expertise in product discovery and research, with a user-centric approach to building impactful products.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a common vision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving measurable business impact.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce/ travel products is a plus

2. Leadership and Team Management
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, helping them develop professionally and ensuring they are aligned with the company’s product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other departments to deliver successful products. Ensuring alignment between teams and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Performance Management: Setting clear goals and performance metrics for the product team, providing feedback, and ensuring team accountability.
3. Product Lifecycle Management
- End-to-End Product Development: Overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and iteration. This includes defining product requirements, setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Prioritization: Making tough decisions about what features or products to prioritize based on customer feedback, market needs, and business impact.
- Post-Launch Monitoring: Analyzing the success of a product after launch, identifying areas for improvement, and working on iterations and updates as needed.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analytics and Metrics: Using data to inform product decisions, measure success, and optimize performance. Defining and tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, user engagement, and adoption.
- A/B Testing: Leading experimentation processes such as A/B testing to validate product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys, user interviews, and analytics to improve the product and the overall customer experience.
5. Product Marketing and Positioning
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans, product launches, and promotional strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Competitive Analysis: Conducting competitor analysis to understand trends, pricing, features, and market positioning to stay ahead in the market.
- Customer Value Proposition: Defining and communicating the unique value proposition of the product to both internal teams and external customers.
