We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join teams of our clients based in UAE accommodating the needs of corporate clients being responsible for smooth operational office process and having wellarranged relocations support for the employees.
The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance the dual roles of a Team Office Assistant and Family Assistant ensuring the smooth operation of professional and personal affairs with precision and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Office Assistant
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and organizing documentation.
- Support team members in preparing reports presentations and other office materials.
- Liaise with corporate clients ensuring all requests and requirements are handled efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and fully functional.
- Coordinate events travel arrangements and logistics for business purposes.
Family Assistant
- Provide personalized assistance to the family including managing calendars arranging appointments and overseeing household schedules.
- Organize travel plans itineraries and bookings for family members.
- Assist with personal errands and special requests maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
- Oversee coordination with household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle ad hoc tasks from event planning to shopping as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally supporting both corporate and private clients.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern office technology.
