Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Outlet Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As the Outlet Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our establishment ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Lead and manage all aspects of outlet operations to ensure profitable and efficient performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outlet business goals and increase revenue
- Accurately forecast business demands and adjust operations accordingly
- Collaborate with management to create and execute effective marketing plans
- Manage staffing schedules to optimize team performance and customer service
- Oversee regular preventative maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Motivate and inspire team members through handson leadership and mentorship
- Monitor and evaluate team member performance identifying areas for improvement and growth
- Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and team members to enhance skills and knowledge
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to maximize guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory control costs and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated on local food safety regulations and health codes ensuring full compliance

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or related field with 35 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a retail or food service outlet
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost control with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification
