Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Security Specialist with strong expertise in information security cyber security and network security. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with security technologies including firewalls intrusion detection systems endpoint protection and cyber security products. You will play a key role in safeguarding our organization and clients from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain security solutions for network applications and systems.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to design and implement security policies controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with incident response teams to mitigate and resolve security incidents.
- Develop and manage risk management strategies including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct security training and awareness programs for internal teams and clients.
- Stay uptodate with the latest cyber threats security technologies and industry best practices.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR NIST HIPAA NESA etc.).
- Strong understanding of network protocols encryption and secure communications.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence and security monitoring platforms.
- Ability to analyze security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Relevant Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security.
- CompTIA Security.
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
