Job Description
- Acts as office administrator for the site including office supplies filing organization of travel recording and storing of documentation
- Provides full administrative support to the Site Manager
- Acts as project assistant for the site team (arrange travel create documents)
- Welcomes visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
- Develops and coordinates business review reports in conjunction with Site Manager
- Keeps track of leave requests and absences
- Creates and adapts documents and templates
- Provides full administrative support to the Site Manager
- Keeps the Site Manager informed of all siterelated activities
Qualifications :
- Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration
- Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
- Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC) Safepass (ROI) CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
- Solution orientated
- Good forward planner
- Ability to present ideas effectively
- Good command of English other languages an advantage
- The role generally receives no instruction on work and acts independently to determine methods and ability to work with limited supervision
