Are you an IT Support Engineer with handson experience in Windows 11 upgrades system imaging and software deployment We have an exciting onsite opportunity in Abu Dhabi for immediate joiners!
Position: IT Support Engineer (Windows 11 Upgrade)Location: Onsite Abu Dhabi
Experience: 5 years
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Upgrade & Deployment: Assess compatibility perform imaging and execute structured upgrade plans.
EndUser Support: Provide L1 & L2 support troubleshoot system compatibility and assist users.
Security & Compliance: Apply patches implement security measures and ensure compliance.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain upgrade records document troubleshooting steps and report progress.
- Experience in Windows 11 deployment & IT asset management
- Strong knowledge of SCCM Intune MDT WDS and system imaging tools
- Handson experience in hardware compatibility assessments & troubleshooting
- Excellent problemsolving & communication skills
