Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing techniques to help grow the company s brand increase revenue and acquire new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations meetings and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and competitor analysis.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
- Manage and update the company s social media pages website and digital presence.
- Create engaging content for advertising promotions and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing events exhibitions and trade shows.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for branding materials.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in sales and marketing (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing social media and SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driver s license is preferred.
