Black Pearl is currently assisting our prestigious client in Abu Dhabi in the search for an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Personal Assistant (PA) to cover a maternity leave for a period of 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic legal environment and contribute effectively to the legal departments daytoday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and organize appointments.
- Prepare draft and proofread legal documents correspondence and reports.
- Maintain and update legal files records and databases with high confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Handle travel arrangements expense reports and other administrative tasks.
- Support legal team members with adhoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Legal Secretary Legal PA or Secretary within a Legal Department.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology documentation and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
