We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Learning Manager to join our team in Ras AlKhaimah United Arab Emirates. As a Learning Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our organizations learning and development initiatives fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing employee performance across all levels.
- Design develop and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Create and manage a diverse range of learning content including elearning modules instructorled training and blended learning solutions
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet specific business needs
- Manage the learning management system and maintain uptodate training records
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Coach and mentor employees to support their professional growth and career development
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in training delivery
- Manage the training budget and resources effectively
- Promote a positive learning culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior training role
- Proven track record in designing developing and delivering impactful training programs
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in elearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Indepth knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design methodologies and ability to develop elearning content
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in managing training budgets and resources effectively
- Knowledge of local culture and business practices in the UAE with flexibility to work in a diverse team environment
