We are an ambitious startup seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join our leadership team. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of an earlystage company.
Role Overview
The Director of Fundraising will lead all capital raising initiatives and investor relations playing a crucial role in securing the companys financial future. This position reports directly to the Founder & CEO and will be instrumental in the companys growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for seed and Series A rounds within given time frame.
Build and maintain relationships with angel investors venture capital firms and other potential investors
Create compelling pitch decks and investor presentations
Lead due diligence processes
Structure and negotiate investment terms
Establish investor relations protocols and communications
Collaborate with leadership team on financial modeling and business planning
Secure minimum of 915 strategic partnerships in first year postfunding
Generate partnershipdriven revenue or value equivalent to set targets
Establish partnership evaluation and management framework
Create scalable partnership program structure
Monitor fundraising landscape and identify strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications
6 years of experience in startup fundraising venture capital or investment banking
Proven track record of successfully closing investment rounds
Strong network within the investment community
Excellence in financial modeling and valuation
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field; MBA preferred
Compensation Structure
Initial Phase: No base salary during fundraising period
PostFunding:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Significant equity package
Performance bonuses tied to fundraising & partnership milestones

Successfully secure initial funding round within agreed timeframe
Develop robust pipeline of qualified investors
Establish effective investor relations infrastructure
