Job Description
How does your working day look like
- Be in charge of the restaurant reservations managing the booking system efficiently
- Always keep your cool even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time
- Offer an attentive service to guests adapting to any constraints
- Youll heed any remarks made by guests and ensure followup addressing concerns promptly
- Promote the F&B offer upselling when appropriate
- Prepare the bookings and special needs as required ensuring all guest preferences are noted
- Clean and tidy the outlet and preparation areas after closing
- Organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers events and guests
- Greet and seat guests ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain an indepth knowledge of the menu daily specials and beverage options
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately following proper accounting procedures
- Assist in training new team members on hospitality standards and procedures
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and upcoming events
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Youve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel business.
- Youve have experience in working a nightlife venue
- You have fun working with people and enjoy making others feel good
- Youre passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
