Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Corporate Finance Operations: Accounting Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Tax Transfer Pricing and Treasury functions.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local regulations IFRS and Group policies.
- Implement Financial Controls: Establish and enforce key controls in line with Group standards.
- Audit Management: Work with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth audits and deliver actionable outcomes.
- Tax & Government Relations: Manage relationships with tax authorities and governmental bodies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the corporate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide monthly quarterly annual reports and respond to information requests from stakeholders.
- Business Analysis Support: Provide financial modeling and analysis in support of new business cost savings.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field. Chartered/certified accounting is preferred
10 years of progressive experience in Finance.
2 to 5 yearsexperience as Director of Finance.
At least 5 years in a large international company with multientity responsibility.
Experience in the Hospitality industry or with an Audit firm is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP/IFRS) financial reporting and analysis. Knowledge of local and international financial laws and tax implications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at various organizational levels.
Handson proactive selfstarter with a continuous drive to improve processes systems and performance.
Expertlevel Excel skills and strong knowledge of computerized database financial management applications.
