Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee its marble factory in Abu Dhabi UAE focused on cutting polishing and installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning quality control workforce management maintenance and overall operational efficiency to ensure highquality marble products are processed and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the marble factory ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
Monitor the entire production process from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
Ensure all products meet the companys quality standards and customer specifications.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and costeffective sourcing of materials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory and conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Address any customer complaints or issues related to product quality or delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Business Administration or a related field.
8 years of experience in a lead role in a production setup preferably in the marble or stone industry.
Strong knowledge of marble cutting polishing and installation processes.
Experience in lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage large teams and stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make datadriven decisions.
Knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations related to factory operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
