Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of the hotel for prospective clients showcasing the facilities services and unique offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for room bookings events and other services ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
- Analyze market trends competitor offerings and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing front office and event management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of client requests.
- Assist clients in planning events including meetings conferences and weddings by providing guidance on available services and options.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities revenue generation and market trends to track performance against targets.
Qualifications :
- Understanding of hotel operations services and amenities as well as market trends affecting the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with sales techniques marketing strategies and promotional tactics that drive business.
- Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
- Strong administrative skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
