Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Offensive and Defensive Engineer to lead and execute realworld cybersecurity projects. This role requires advanced technical expertise in offensive and defensive operations including penetration testing red team leadership and defense system improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Red Team Leader in realnetwork offensive and defensive exercises.
- Conduct advanced technical research and implement defense bypass techniques in realworld scenarios.
- Provide recommendations for improving cybersecurity defense systems.
- Perform covert penetration testing to access critical systems under secure conditions.
- Develop and deploy innovative methodologies to enhance cybersecurity practices.
Requirements:
- Strong learning ability communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Expertise in at least two technical areas such as cloud environment penetration internal domain penetration code auditing bypass techniques mobile security or OT security.
- Proficiency in web offensive and defensive techniques asset collection vulnerability exploitation and defense bypassing.
- Demonstrated experience in covert operations with strong antitracing capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang Python Shell and Java.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Team operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success in medium to largescale cybersecurity projects.
- Indepth understanding of APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) attacks.
- Highquality contributions to vulnerability research or technical innovation.
