Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pool Club Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Manage inventory staffing schedules and venue maintenance.
- Support in organizing events and promotions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a luxury beach club.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates prioritized.
