Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for landscape projects including site plans grading plans planting plans hardscape designs and irrigation layouts.
- Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to interpret project concepts and translate them into accurate and clear technical drawings.
- Work on a variety of landscape projects including urban parks residential developments public spaces and commercial properties across the Middle East.
- Ensure all drawings are completed on schedule and meet project requirements and standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and presentation materials for project proposals and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations design guidelines and best practices for landscape architecture.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g. civil engineering architecture) to ensure designs are integrated and achievable.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 37 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman with a focus on landscape projects in the Middle East.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software; knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles construction documentation and site planning.
- Familiarity with local regulations standards and environmental conditions in the Middle East.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
