Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our analysis team and stakeholders to design develop and implement tools and applications while turning data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the analysis team to design develop and implement tools and applications tailored to business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document data requirements ensuring the delivery of customized and effective solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
- Build maintain and optimize analytical tools dashboards and reporting systems (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to enhance data visualization and accessibility.
- Automate and streamline data processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Identify trends patterns and insights in data to guide business strategies particularly in the context of market analysis and forecasting.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of data analysis processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 4 years of proven experience in data analysis application development or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages including Python and SQL.
- Handson experience in designing and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or understanding of market trends is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
