Job Description
Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team by handling inbound inquiries processing orders preparing quotations and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM follow up on leads and build strong relationships to drive repeat business.
Order & Inventory Management: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to track order status ensure timely deliveries and manage inventory levels effectively.
Reporting & Documentation: Generate sales reports track key performance metrics and maintain accurate records of transactions contracts and correspondence.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with marketing finance and operations teams to streamline sales processes enhance customer experience and identify areas for growth.
